Job Duties:
- Maintain relationships and promote Slimline Parts sales to meet budget and KPI targets
- Plan promotions and establish sales programs to increase sales and product turnover
- Identify prospects for new customers, products, and markets
- Maintain regular contact with major customers to build loyalty and ensure long-term revenue
- Obtain and maintain superior Slimline and industry product knowledge
- Participate and lead product training sessions and calibration
- Occasional travel to meet with current and potential customers
- Trouble shoot and answer technical questions from customers
- Process direct sales and operate the retail sales counter
- Process customer returns/RMA
- Work with purchaser to maintain appropriate stocking levels
- Receive and inventory Slimline Parts
- Handle dealer/customer issues and technical support request
- Prepare shipping documentation and ships customer orders
- Maintain parts book for dealer customers
- Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately
- Ensure that POS systems are recording sales data accurately
- Ensure all required information is processed and maintained within the ERP system
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent Industrial/agricultural parts and machinery knowledge
- Superior sales and customer service skills, both on the phone and in person
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Sales skills and experience
- ERP experience would be an asset
- Retail & inventory management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Valid passport may be required
